Connecting communities to evidence-based behavioral health treatment
- Enter a location in the search bar, which can be found in the upper right hand corner of the map.
- The map will then zoom in on the area entered.
- Click on circles to view provider information. Each circle represents a different provider, and each color represents a different EBP (as described in the Legend).
- In the upper left hand corner, click on the arrows to open up the legend.
- Check the boxes for the EBPs you would like to view.
- Map will adjust to present selected EBPs.

Use the
icon to view the list of EBP interventions offered by the agencies displayed on the map. To collapse this menu, click the arrows (
) at the top of the panel. Click the list icon (
) next to an EBP name to expand the sub-categories which shows the appropriate icons for In-Person or Telehealth services for that EBP. To toggle the In-Person or Telehealth categories on or off for a given EBP, click the (>) icon to the left of the EBP to populate a sub-list. In the sub-list, use the checkboxes next to “EBP In-person” and “EBP Telehealth” toggle these layers on and off. To hide any undesired layers, click the checkbox to the left of any given EBP’s name and the icons for that EBP will disappear from the map; this will hide both In-Person and Telehealth icons for that EBP. Click on any icon displayed on the map to view detailed agency information.
The table below the map is has tabs for each EBP and is paginated. Click on the tab for any EBP to view a list of the agencies/providers who offer that service. Use the page controls ( 1, 2, 3…) at the bottom of the window to view more agencies. Use the controls on the top-right of the table to hide/show columns and filter agencies based on specific criteria.
If operating from a mobile device, rotate your device to the left to orient horizontally (
) to view the map in a landscape mode; you can also rotate it to the right to orient vertically (
) to view the map in a portrait mode.
- The practitioner or agency you contact will make sure that the program you have in mind aligns with the child and caregiver's needs.
- After an assessment, the provider will either start EBP treatment or refer you to a provider that offers the EBP that they believe would be a better fit.
